  • Experience:
    • At least one similar project completed in the last ten years (pipeline for hydrocarbon transport > 1km, conforming to API 1104 or ASME B31.4 or equivalent).
  • Human Resources:
    • Project Manager (Engineer or equivalent with >5 years experience in hydrocarbon pipeline construction)
    • Minimum 4 qualified welders with QMOS (API 1104 or ASME B31.4 or equivalent)
    • Team Leader (Technician specialized in metal construction with >5 years experience)
    • QHSE Manager (5 years experience)
  • Material Resources:
    • 5t truck
    • Sufficient capacity generator
    • Formwork materials
    • Water storage tank
    • 4+ welding stations
    • 2 electric saws
    • 2 electric grinders
    • Hydraulic excavator
    • Concrete mixer
    • Other necessary mechanical, boilermaking, and civil engineering equipment
  • Compliance Requirements:
    • API 1104 or ASME B31.4 or equivalent standards
    • Environmental, hygiene, and safety regulations
